Montgomery Pool & Year-Round Patio

The owners of this Montgomery oasis wanted an outdoor living area they could use year-round. They also wanted the new features to blend seamlessly with the rest of their home.

Our solution was to craft a covered porch with electronic, retractable screens they control with a touch of a button. On a hot summer day, the screens can be raised up for easy access to the pool. In the cooler months, homeowners can have the screens down and still enjoy their patio — even without a heater. Beautiful detailing can be found top to bottom, from the tray ceiling to the textured concrete flooring.
