Oakley Kitchen Refresh

This kitchen refresh was part of a whole home remodel and addition for a growing family needing more space and better function in their home. The design was kept period-sensitive to match the age of the home.

The showstopper in this kitchen is the unique, intricately detailed tile flooring. Wanting to keep the rest of the kitchen simple, homeowners chose clean, white cabinets that run to the ceiling, with open glass doors and in-cabinet lighting. A custom wood top on the center island brings warmth and contrasting dark countertops tie the look together. Geometric pendant lighting adds further visual interest and perfectly illuminates the kitchen with help from the discreet recessed lights.
