Meet Designer Annie Miller

It takes a strong team to consistently deliver superior results for our clients. From designers, to carpenters, and everyone in between, the Legacy Builders Group team of design-build professionals rivals any in the remodeling industry. To help you get to know them better, we will be featuring team members periodically in these spotlight posts. Our first team member spotlight is shining on Annie Miller, Legacy’s Kitchen & Bath designer extraordinaire.

Annie MillerQ: How did you get your start as a designer?

A: I began my Interior Design career as a student at Antonelli College. During College I began working for a local builder assisting clients with finish selections in their new home. In 2007, I decided to specialize in
kitchen and bath design. I fell in love with the kitchen and bath design industry!

Q: What do you love best about your work?

A: What I love about this industry is the fine details that are required for each project large and small. I’m known for my distinctive designs, my attention to the details and my organized follow through on each project. As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, my goal is to listen intently to my clients dream and vision, then transform that dream into an elegant, comfortable, functional part of their home! My comfort with mixing a variety of colors, materials and finishes puts my client’s decision making at ease.

Q: How do you like to spend time outside of work?

A: Outside of work I’m a mom of two kids, Zander (13) and Olive (6). They keep my husband Mark and I very busy! I enjoy working in my yard, sitting on our deck and watching the birds! I love to eat good food, especially the local mom and pop restaurants! Finally, I let it all out twice a week at my Zumba class!

Q: What’s your favorite inspirational quote?

A: “Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.” –Brene Brown

Q: What’s your proudest moment?

A: My proudest moments are watching my kids become themselves, developing their own opinions and personalities, figuring out their passions and watching them handle what life throws at them!
