Legacy is featured in HouseTrends Magazine. Fred and Jane Herzner, Glendale Ohio had the chance to show off their stunning new contemporary home for the cameras. Their Bathroom and Kitchen were features in the October issue. Legacy designed and built their home in 2010.

Released just in time for promotion at the 2010 Greater Cincinnati "Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling Show" at the Duke Energy Center.

This new service by Legacy will be featured in several outlets...our website, print advertising, and direct marketing media. Also, The Home Front is the name our 'new' Newsletter. The Home Front will feature "tips, trends and news" you can use, about a variety of topics relating to home life and the contracting business. Watch for it!
April 2, 2008: Legacy Builders Group to build in "Meadow Lake"
In the rural western part of Colerain Township, 10 lots ranging from 1.4 to 2.5 ac. Flat to gently rolling, very private "country estate" setting.

January 2008: Montgomery Variance Granted
Legacy works with Montgomery Homeowners in obtaining a zoning variance for their project. Adding a new first floor master suite for a new stage of life was very important for this couple. Zoning changes in recent years posed a challenge. With careful planning and architecture complimentary to the existing home and surroundings, the variance request was granted.
September 2007: Chris Otte achieves CGB (Certified Graduate Builder)
This industry certification acknowledges excellence in our industry in key areas such as customer service, business management, emerging technologies, and market trends. We are one of only a couple contractors in our region to obtain this designation. It is part of our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with professionalism and expertise.
April 2007: "Mill Road Station" Completed
With the completion of their last project in "Mill Road Station"; Legacy finishes almost a decade of work and close to 20 million dollars worth of improvements to the city. "Mill Road Station" has become the premier residential destination in the city of Forest Park.
February 2007: Montgomery Variance Granted
The newer city zoning overlay left many of the older existing homes in the community with non-conforming setbacks from property lines. Legacy worked extensively with the homeowner and the city to provide an architectural solution that respected both the new zoning code and the original character and architecture of the community. The end result was a customer with the property improvements they were seeking, and the city with a very attractive property of substantially higher value.
